Halfway to the first floor (the back house) we come across the first room. This cozy and pleasant room is approximately 16m2 and is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink, a double bed (180x200), a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle.

Room 2

This room (20m2) located on the first floor is suitable for 2 to 3 persons and is equipped with a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, a double bed (180x200), a refrigerator with minibar and a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle.

After a day of shopping, you can relax on the lovely relax chair. This chair can also be transformed into a bed for a third person.

Room 3 (studio)

This lovely studio (30m2) is located on the first floor at the front of the building and has a beautiful view over the Stationsstraat, Wilhelminasingel and the Wyckerbrugstraat. And as icing on the cake you can also enjoy this view on the balcony.

This studio is equipped with a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, double bed (180x200) and a comfortable sofa, which is also suitable as a double bed (150x215). There is also a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, combi-oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a cozy (drinks) table with 4 stools and minibar.
